Hard-coded cryptographic keys in Siemens SINEC INS before V1.0 SP2 Update 3 allow remote attackers to decrypt backup files. The application embeds key material in its binary and uses it to obfuscate exported configuration files, so binary analysis exposes the means to recover their contents. No authentication or user interaction is required, but exploitation requires the application binary and a target backup; the disclosed impact is backup confidentiality only.
