System hang via DMCUB timeout race

Race condition in the AMD DCN35 display driver in Linux allows local users to cause a system hang through display activity. A delayed DMCUB command reaches the software timeout, after which the driver continues and accesses DCN state while IPS has made that state inaccessible. Affected systems require AMD DCN35 display hardware with IPS active; the race can hang the host or leave its display configuration undefined.
