Driver-operation hang via unreleased acquisition lock

Improper locking in the Qualcomm UEFI secure-app driver in Linux 6.7 through 6.10.10 allows local users to hang driver operations. When __qcuefi is unset, qcuefi_acquire exits without releasing its lock, so a later attempt to set the reference deadlocks. Low-privileged local access is required, and the consequence is limited to availability with no reported data disclosure or modification.
