Kernel crash via AMD display callback race

A race condition in the AMD display driver in Linux 6.7 through 6.10.10 allows local users to crash the kernel during display IRQ processing. The dcn35_set_drr() path checks the timing-generator pointer before dc_state_destruct() can null callback fields in the shared stream_resource, then dereferences those fields after the check. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, AMD DCN 3.5 display hardware, and precise concurrency; the reported consequence is an availability-only kernel crash.
