Kernel crash via uninitialized vmap_block CPU index

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel 6.6.37 through 6.6.50 and 6.9.8 through 6.10.9 allows local users to crash the kernel. new_vmap_block publishes a partially initialized vmap_block in the per-CPU xarray before assigning vb->cpu, so concurrent vm_unmap_aliases processing can use an uninitialized value as a remote-queue index. The public record documents UBSAN failures on Android but does not establish controlled data access or code execution.
