Kernel compromise via uncapped hardware tunnel count

Out-of-bounds access in Linux 6.10 through 6.10.9 allows local users to compromise kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability. The HNS3 SSU register-information path uses the hardware-supplied tnl_num as a loop bound for a fixed-length array without first capping it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and affected HNS3 hardware; the resulting kernel access exposes or alters data or interrupts the host.
