Memory disclosure and crash via counter wraparound

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel sch_cake scheduler allows local users to read memory or interrupt service via CAKE qdisc state. When host fairness is disabled, a hash collision makes an unconditional bulk-flow counter decrement wrap to U16_MAX; later enabling fairness uses that retained value as an array index. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, a CAKE qdisc, a collision while fairness is disabled, and subsequent reconfiguration; effects are limited to memory disclosure or a crash.
