Kernel crash via firmware-triggered warning

Improper input handling in Linux 6.5, 6.6 through 6.6.50, and 6.7 through 6.10.9 allows local users to crash the kernel. The iwl_mvm_rcu_fw_link_id_to_link_conf() function applies WARN_ON() to an out-of-range link ID supplied by Intel wireless firmware instead of treating it as a firmware error. A crash requires the iwlwifi path to receive an invalid link ID while panic_on_warn is enabled; the documented impact is limited to availability.
