Kernel crash via missing invalidation callback

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel iommufd 6.8 through 6.10.9 allows local users to crash the kernel via an invalidation ioctl. iommufd_hwpt_invalidate calls a driver's missing cache_invalidate_user operation without first requiring that callback, transferring control to address zero. Reachability requires local access to an iommufd nesting context backed by a driver without that operation; existing upstream nesting drivers implement it.
