Kernel warning via incorrect VCN IRQ disable

Improper IRQ handling in Linux kernel 6.10 through 6.10.8 allows local users to trigger an AMD VCN 5 suspend-path warning. The vcn_v5_0_0 suspend routine calls amdgpu_irq_put and marks the interrupt source disabled even though VCN 5.0.0 does not manage that IRQ state. An affected AMD GPU must enter suspend; configurations that panic on kernel warnings can crash, while other systems record the warning.
