Kernel crash via unchecked RAS objects

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the system through an AMDGPU NBIO RAS interrupt. The nbio_v7_4_handle_ras_controller_intr_no_bifring function reads ras and obj while collecting and printing error counts without first ensuring both pointers are non-null. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and the affected AMDGPU NBIO v7.4 path; the resulting dereference can terminate the kernel.
