Kernel memory overrun via excess display links

Out-of-bounds access in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a memory overrun during AMD display initialization. The amdgpu_dm_initialize_drm_device function loops over a reported link count that can exceed the dc->links array's max_links capacity. Reachability requires the AMD display driver and an excessive link count; published sources document neither a practical trigger nor the resulting runtime behavior.
