Kernel memory overruns via unchecked link index

Out-of-bounds array access in the AMD display driver in affected Linux releases allows local users to trigger memory overruns and leak resources. The dc_get_link_at_index path indexes dc->links[] without first rejecting link_index values at or above MAX_LINKS. Local low-privileged access and the affected AMD display path are required; an invalid index produces three overrun conditions and a resource leak.
