Kernel memory access via inactive plane indexing

Out-of-bounds memory access in Linux 4.15 and later allows local users to compromise a system through the AMD display driver. ModeSupportAndSystemConfiguration uses the negative result from get_pipe_idx as a cache_pipes array index when an enumerated plane is inactive. Access requires a local path to AMD GPU display-mode configuration; the illegal kernel-memory access can disclose or corrupt memory or crash the system.
