Kernel memory corruption via display state overrun

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel AMD display code from 4.15 allows local users to corrupt memory through excess SoC clock states. fpu_update_bw_bounding_box uses soc.num_states, which can reach 40, to index an eight-entry bw_params->clk_table.entries array without first enforcing the bound. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and the affected AMD display path; the overrun can compromise kernel data or interrupt service.
