Kernel crash via unchecked compute partition mode

Divide-by-zero in the AMDGPU compute-partition switch in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to crash the kernel. The aqua_vanjaram_switch_partition_mode function accepts an unknown mode returned by automatic selection, derives a zero XCC-per-XCP count, and divides the XCC count by it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an AMD GPU configuration for which automatic selection finds no compatible compute partition mode.
