Local kernel crash via unchecked hive pointer

NULL-pointer dereference in the amdgpu PSP component allows local users to crash the Linux kernel during GPU initialization. In psp_hw_start, amdgpu_get_xgmi_hive can return NULL, but the affected code reads hive->reset_domain without checking the result. Reachability requires a locally accessible affected kernel with the amdgpu driver and relevant AMD GPU topology; the resulting fault interrupts the host.
