Hard lockup via stale MCS queue node

Race condition in the PowerPC qspinlock code in the Linux kernel allows local users to trigger a hard lockup under lock contention. queued_spin_lock_slowpath increments qnodesp->count before initializing node->lock, so an interrupt can leave a stale lock value that makes get_tail_qnode update the wrong node's next pointer. The condition requires PowerPC queued spinlocks, contended locks, and precisely timed interrupt handling; the affected CPU can then spin indefinitely and stall the system.
