Kernel crash via concurrent ice ethtool callback

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel ice driver allows local users to crash the kernel by querying coalescing during a PF reset. During reset, an ethtool callback can enter ice_get_q_coalesce after the driver has deleted resources and dereference a null queue pointer. Reachability requires a system using the Intel ice driver and carefully timed local access while a privileged PF reset is in progress.
