Kernel-memory disclosure via malformed BTF DATASEC name

Out-of-bounds read in the BPF type format validator in Linux 6.9 through 6.10.9 allows local users to disclose kernel memory via crafted BTF data. The btf_name_valid_section() function advances past a one-byte NUL DATASEC name before checking characters, scans beyond the allocation, and incorrectly accepts the empty name. A local account able to invoke BPF_BTF_LOAD with CAP_BPF can use the validation result as a memory oracle or force a kernel oops without interaction from another user.
