Host crash via FOU GRO teardown race

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux FOU GRO path allows local users to crash a host during tunnel or network-namespace teardown. fou_release clears sk_user_data before an in-flight udp4_gro_receive call can finish, and fou_gro_receive dereferences the cleared pointer. Exploitation requires low-privilege local access and precise overlap with teardown; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
