Hardware monitoring disruption via limit-value underflow

Integer underflow in Linux adc128d818 hwmon allows local users to disrupt hardware monitoring via a crafted negative limit value. Its limit-store routines divide a parsed signed long before clamping it, so LONG_MIN underflows during DIV_ROUND_CLOSEST and produces an invalid register value. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access to a writable adc128d818 limit attribute; the documented consequence is loss of availability, not data disclosure.
