Local crash via unchecked btrfs_dec_ref error

Reachable assertion in the btrfs extent-tree code in Linux 2.6.31 and later allows local users to crash the kernel during snapshot deletion. In walk_up_proc(), an error returned by btrfs_dec_ref() is passed to BUG_ON(ret) instead of the function's existing error-return path, forcing a kernel BUG when the reference update fails. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a mounted btrfs filesystem, and the reported consequence is a system crash without data disclosure or modification.
