Memory disclosure and crash via undersized device address

An out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel of/irq parser allows local users to disclose memory or crash the system through a device-tree overlay. of_irq_parse_raw copies a device address into its initial match table even when that address has fewer cells than the interrupt parent's #address-cells value, causing reads beyond the supplied address. Reaching the flaw requires control of local device instantiation or a device-tree overlay; no network path to the parser is reported.
