Kernel crash via stale command count

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux nvmet-tcp target allows remote attackers to crash the kernel via an NVMe Connect capsule. nvmet_tcp_alloc_cmds() leaves queue->nr_cmds nonzero when command allocation fails, so nvmet_tcp_release_queue_work() iterates a NULL command array and dereferences cmd->req.cmd. An unauthenticated peer with TCP reachability to a configured NVMe-over-TCP target can trigger a kernel oops or, when panic-on-oops is enabled, a full system panic.
