Local service interruption via qgroup reservation leak

Resource leak in Btrfs in Linux kernel 5.9 and later allows local users to trigger unmount failures through failed buffered writes. In cow_file_range, error paths reached before ordered_extent creation clear delalloc but omit btrfs_free_qgroup_data, leaving the dirty page's reservation unreleased. Low-privileged local access and active Btrfs qgroup accounting are required; repeated failures consume reserved space and produce I/O errors and warnings during unmount.
