Kernel memory disclosure via underflowed array index

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel AMD GPU power-management code allows local users to disclose kernel memory via the AMDgpu driver. In drivers/gpu/drm/amd/pm/powerplay/hwmgr/ppatomctrl.c, the code subtracts one from a zero loop counter and uses the result to index mc_data, reading before the array. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an AMD GPU using the affected power-management path; documented consequences include memory disclosure and service interruption.
