Kernel crash via negative timing-generator index

Out-of-bounds access in Linux kernel 4.15 through 6.10.8 allows local users to crash the system through AMD display handling. In resource_map_pool_resources(), a zero timing_generator_count makes tg_inst equal -1, and the code indexes timing_generators and opps with that negative value. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an AMD display configuration that reaches the zero-count path; the bounded impact is a kernel crash.
