Kernel crash via NULL OTG master dereference

NULL pointer dereference in AMD display code in Linux 4.15 through 6.10.8 allows local users to crash the kernel during topology logging. The phantom-stream branch of resource_log_pipe_topology_update passes a NULL otg_master returned by resource_get_otg_master_for_stream into resource_log_pipe_for_stream instead of skipping the stream. Reachability requires local low-privileged access to the affected AMD display topology path; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
