System crash via AMD display index overflow

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel AMD display driver allows local users to crash affected systems through out-of-range indices. The driver calculates vmid0p72_idx, vnom0p8_idx, and vmax0p9_idx without constraining the arithmetic, allowing wrapped results to exceed array bounds. Low-privileged local access and an active AMD display path are required; the published impact is an availability-only system crash.
