Kernel memory disclosure via unchecked channel index

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux kernel AMDGPU driver allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. The df_v1_7_get_hbm_channel_number function uses the framebuffer-channel value read from an AMD Data Fabric register as an index into df_v1_7_channel_number without first checking the array bound. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and affected AMD GPU hardware using the DF v1.7 path; the consequence is limited to memory disclosure or system interruption.
