Local kernel crash via unchecked NULL alternate mode

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the kernel during UCSI DisplayPort alternate-mode tracing. When CONFIG_TYPEC_DP_ALTMODE is disabled, ucsi_register_displayport returns NULL; ucsi_register_altmode accepts it because it checks only IS_ERR, and the trace path dereferences it. Reachability requires the UCSI DisplayPort alternate-mode registration path in that configuration, and the reported impact is a local kernel crash.
