Local kernel crash via linked descriptor reuse

Use-after-free in the Altera mSGDMA driver in Linux allows local users to crash affected systems during DMA channel cleanup. The msgdma_free_descriptor function appends descriptors to the free list without first unlinking them, while cleanup removes only the first node, leaving later freed descriptors linked and reusable. Reachability requires an Altera mSGDMA-backed device and local low-privileged access able to release DMA channel resources; the published impact is a kernel crash, with no confidentiality or integrity loss.
