Local privilege escalation via AUX buffer race

Race condition in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to disclose memory, corrupt kernel data, or crash the system. The shared event mmap mutex fails to serialize concurrent mmap and close operations on a linked AUX ring buffer, permitting use-after-free, double-free, and reference-count corruption. A low-privileged local user needs access to perf_event_open and can retry the race without user interaction, gaining kernel memory read/write primitives or causing a panic.
