Guest display interruption via unchecked coherent buffers

Resource exhaustion in Linux kernel 6.10.4 through 6.10.7 allows local users to interrupt VMware guest displays via dumb buffers. The vmwgfx dumb-buffer creation path selects coherent surfaces without first requiring 3D acceleration, causing guest-only buffer contents to consume scarce graphics memory and synchronization work. Exploitation requires a VMware guest with 3D disabled and a low graphics-memory limit; exhausting that memory can disrupt the console, cursors, or graphical login.
