Board crash via erroneous special-pin offsets

Denial of service in Linux 6.8 through 6.10.7 and 6.11-rc1 through 6.11-rc5 allows local users to crash Qualcomm X1E80100 boards. The drivers/pinctrl/qcom/pinctrl-x1e80100.c special-pin table adds an erroneous 0x100000 offset, directing pin-state writes to incorrect registers. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access and affected Qualcomm X1E80100 hardware; the documented consequence is a board crash.
