Host crash via absent vGIC pointer dereference

NULL pointer dereference in arm64 KVM in Linux allows guest OS users to crash the host via a trapped ICC_SGI_EL1 register write. The SGI emulation path handles the write when no virtual GIC is configured, then dereferences a missing private-interrupt allocation instead of injecting an undefined-instruction exception. Exploitation requires an arm64 host with GICv3, no guest vGICv3 configuration, no host GICv2 emulation, and guest access sufficient to issue the register write.
