System crash via invalid PM-domain access

Denial of service in Linux 6.7 through 6.10.6 allows local users to crash the system by suspending a platform without PM domains. During 8250 OMAP serial-port suspension, omap8250_suspend passes a missing dev->pm_domain to pd_to_genpd and accesses the resulting invalid generic PM-domain object. The condition requires an affected kernel on an OMAP 8250 platform without PM domains and local access sufficient to initiate system suspend.
