Service hang via concurrent directory renames

Infinite-loop handling in Linux kernel libfs 6.6 through 6.10.6 and 6.11-rc1 through 6.11-rc3 allows local users to hang readdir. During concurrent tmpfs renames, simple_offset_dir_operations inserts new maple-tree offsets beyond the reader's advancing position without enforcing an open-time upper bound, so iteration continues. Local filesystem access and a concurrent rename loop are required; the directory read fails to terminate and consumes processing time without reported data disclosure or modification.
