Local service interruption via preemptible seqcount writes

Improper synchronization in the Linux kernel 6.10 v3d driver allows local users to interrupt service through submitted GPU work. The v3d_job_start_stats and v3d_job_update_stats paths write seqcount-protected per-file and global GPU statistics without disabling preemption around the write-side critical sections. Reaching the defect requires local low-privileged access to a system using the V3D DRM driver and submission of work that updates GPU statistics; the documented outcome is a kernel warning and availability impact.
