Kernel hang via non-atomic SMC call

Improper locking in the Qualcomm SCM firmware driver in Linux allows local users to hang kernel threads during concurrent SMC calls. get_wq_ctx() is configured as a sleepable standard call, so an interruption can make it sleep while another SMC waits for a wait-queue context, causing deadlock. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, concurrent sleeping SMC requests, and a platform using the Qualcomm SCM path; the reported consequence is loss of availability.
