Service interruption via misidentified third-party lease

Improper pointer validation in Linux kernel 6.9 through 6.10.7 allows local users to interrupt service through an nfsd lease conflict. In fs/nfsd/nfs4state.c, nfsd4_deleg_getattr_conflict() checks fl_lmops but still treats flc_owner from a third-party lease as an nfs4_delegation and dereferences it. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and the nfsd path to encounter a conflicting third-party lease; the published impact is limited to availability.
