Kernel service interruption via sleep under spinlock

Improper locking in Linux kernel bonding from 5.14 allows local users to trigger an atomic-context scheduling fault during slave changes. The bonding code invokes sleep-capable XFRM device state callbacks while holding the spin-based ipsec_lock that protects ipsec_list. Reaching the fault requires a bonded interface using IPsec hardware offload and an active-slave change; the resulting scheduler violation can interrupt kernel service.
