Incorrect user management in the widgets dashboard in Fortinet FortiWeb allows remote authenticated users to operate on other administrators' dashboards. The dashboard accepts crafted requests for another administrator's widgets without enforcing authorization for the requested operation. At least read-only administrator permission is required; exploitation crosses administrator boundaries and permits unauthorized dashboard operations.
