Database disclosure via unsanitized search query
Published Oct 30, 2024 · Updated Oct 31, 2024
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Vehicle Record Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read database data via crafted search input. The index.php search handler fails to sanitize the POST searchinputdata value before using it in a query, producing observable response and timing differences. A valid session is required, and blind queries can enumerate and dump the application database without direct query output.
