Published Sep 30, 2024 · Updated Sep 30, 2024
Incorrect privilege assignment in LoadZilla LLC LoadLogic before 1.4.3 allows local users to escalate AWS privileges. LogicLoadEc2DeployLambda and CredsGenFunction grant unrestricted sts:AssumeRole and IAM operations to actors who can modify either function. High-privilege access to modify a Lambda function is required; exploitation grants broader permissions in the affected AWS account.
