Authenticated database access via NavigationAjax SQL injection
Published Sep 30, 2024 · Updated Sep 30, 2024
SQL injection in the NavigationAjax interface of Beijing Esafenet CDG 5 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter database data. The interface incorporates the attacker-controlled id parameter into an SQL command without neutralizing SQL syntax. A low-privilege account and network access to the server interface are required, and exploitation can expose database contents, alter data, or interrupt service.
