Authenticated code execution via unsanitized export templates

Server-side template injection in Yeti before 2.1.12 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through custom report exports. The custom-template creation path stores unsanitized user-controlled Jinja content, which the render endpoint evaluates while exporting selected observables. A valid Yeti account and at least one observable are required; chaining the separate default-JWT-secret flaw removes the login gate.
