Client-side code execution via unsafe file uploads

File upload validation failure in Faveo Helpdesk 2.0.3 allows remote attackers to execute client-side code via crafted HTML or SVG files. The Ticket Generation function accepts active-content attachments without blocking dangerous HTML and SVG types, then exposes the stored files for viewing. Exploitation requires another user to open the uploaded file, enabling script execution in that user's browser context without interrupting the service.
