Crash via overflowing MMS header allocation

Heap-based buffer overflow in VideoLAN VLC media player 3.0.20 and earlier allows attackers to crash VLC via a crafted MMS stream. The mms_ParsePacket function in modules/access/mms/mmstu.c adds an untrusted packet length to the accumulated header size without checking for integer overflow before reallocating and copying heap data. Exploitation requires a target user to explicitly open the malicious stream; the vendor identifies crashes as the likely result but does not exclude code execution with that user's privileges.
